The middle of the rope has an extra black nylon sleeve for stops ripping, tearing, and abrasive damage to your rope. Heat shrunk vinyl sleeves cover the ends of the rope. This heavy-duty material helps prevent the rope from fraying, increasing longevity. The waterproof sleeves allow you to work out even without gloves. This rope is an excellent tool for building undulation, improving grip, burning fat, and increasing endurance in physical education, wrestling, gymnastics, military, and cross-fit settings.
